How billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
The monthly plan begins with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup but is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the recurring monthly price shown at checkout, and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. The annual plan does not include a trial and is charged in full at checkout. You can cancel at any time, in one click, through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support.
You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing support@trackticksindicators.com from the email address used to purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you'll keep access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward.
TrackTicks is a digital product delivered instantly as a license key upon payment. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued for a billing period, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, or experience a genuine technical issue that prevents the Software from working and we're unable to resolve it, contact support@trackticksindicators.com and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired or declined card), your license will be paused until payment succeeds. We do not delete your license data immediately after a failed payment — update your payment method or contact support to resolve it.
